Fish Safari is also a FFL dealer.    We do incoming transfers from out of state and retail sales.   If we can get it for you at a better price we will.  Fee is $15.00 for transfers.  There are no transfer charge if you purchase from us. 
Basic process is make your purchase. If there is a option to choose us at your time of purchase, do so and it should arrive to us with all the info we need. If there is not that option, the seller should make contact with you, get there prefered method of receiving the FFL.  Then either call or send us that info ( captainsafari@fishsafari.com ) along with your contact info.  We send the seller the FFL they send us the item and when it arrives we notify you.  When you come in to pick it up you fill out the two froms one state one Federal, and when the approval comes through your done.
Required are 2 forms of ID with the same address, or Mil ID and Orders to the State with something that shows your VA address as in a vehical registration, power bill, phone bill, lease, etc.
ID accepted are VA Drivers License, Conceled weapons permit, Hunting License, etc 
3 Forms are required for Assult weapons purchase or transfer.  the 3rd form must prove citizenship.  We will need on of the following, Passport, Birth certificate, Voter card, or a few others. Call if you need more specifics.
